Hammes Partners was engaged by a leading health system in Texas to develop a comprehensive outpatient orthopedic and sports medicine institute in a growing market in Northeast Texas.
Hammes secured land for the new facility adjacent to the system’s existing ambulatory surgery center and micro-hospital, which will create a unified, campus-like setting between the two buildings. The new facility will provide comprehensive orthopedic services, podiatry, physical therapy and diagnostics.
Hammes affiliate, Hammes Healthcare, served as project manager for the new state-of-the-art orthopedic institute, which was completed in 2021. Occupancy took place in July 2021.
