Hammes acquired this 43,000 square foot medical office building and ambulatory surgery center in 2019. The newly constructed asset is anchored by a multi-specialty surgery center partnered with the area’s dominant healthcare system—also one of the largest health systems in the country. The asset is strategically located across the street from the healthcare system’s full-service, acute-care hospital.
In addition to general and specialty surgical procedures, the asset houses several complementary services including pediatrics, women’s health, pain management and weight loss treatment.
