Hammes Partners developed a three-story medical office building in Houston for a large, national healthcare provider. Hammes Healthcare served as project manager for the medical office building as well as the adjacent 227,000 square foot hospital to which the medical office building is connected.
The medical office building, which was completed in 2011, offers a diverse mix of services, including internal medicine, oncology and cardiology.
