Hammes Partners developed a 345,000 square foot ambulatory care and medical office building on the North Side of Chicago for a leading healthcare provider. The ambulatory facility provides a seamless connection to the provider’s existing hospital, which is adjacent to the new facility, and offers three floors of enclosed parking, three floors of ambulatory services and three floors of medical office space.
Hammes delivered a complete turnkey solution for this development, which was completed in 2015, with Hammes Healthcare serving as project manager and Hammes Realty Services providing leasing and property management.
