Scott Latter

Scott is a Vice President and is primarily involved in the asset management activities of Hammes Partners.

Prior to joining Hammes Partners, Scott was a Senior Vice President for The Alter Group where his responsibilities include asset management functions for a portfolio of medical office buildings nationwide. Prior to The Alter Group, Scott worked for EnTrust Realty Advisors, a boutique real estate advisory firm, where he completed over $650 million in investment sales across the United States.

Scott earned a B.B.A. in Real Estate & Urban Land Economics and Accounting from the University of Wisconsin-Madison. He is a registered CPA in Illinois.
