Jeffrey Ruidl

Jeff is a Senior Vice President and is primarily involved in the investment activities of Hammes Partners.

Prior to joining Hammes Partners, Jeff was a Director at Northwestern Mutual Real Estate where he led investment activity in New York City and sourced and produced transactions in excess of $1.2 billion. He previously served as national head of underwriting and was responsible for the final valuations of all new debt and equity investments, totaling about $6 billion each year.

Jeff serves on the Board of Trustees for Nativity Jesuit Academy and is chair of its Investment Committee. He received a B.S. in Business from Marquette University, a J.D. from Marquette University Law School, and a M.B.A. in Real Estate & Urban Land Economics from the University of Wisconsin-Madison. He is a CFA Charterholder.
