Jake Griswold

Jake is a Senior Vice President, primarily focused on the financing activities of Hammes Partners.

Prior to joining Hammes Partners, Jake was a Vice President and member of the investment committee at a large commercial real estate firm with a primary focus on capital markets and investment financing strategy. He has more than 20 years of experience in the acquisition, development and structuring of real estate assets as well as master planned developments.

Jake earned a B.B.A. in Finance, Investments & Banking and Accounting, and an M.B.A. in Real Estate and Urban Land Economics from the University of Wisconsin-Madison. He currently serves on the board of the Wisconsin Real Estate Alumni Association. Jake is a Certified Public Accountant.
