A legacy of successful healthcare real estate investing
Since 2001, Hammes Partners and our affiliates have been investing in healthcare real estate on behalf of institutional and high net worth investors including endowments and foundations, pension funds, insurance companies, family offices and fund of funds.
Our investment activities originated with Hammes affiliate, Hammes Healthcare, which was founded in 1993 to provide specialized healthcare real estate consulting and project management services. Hammes Healthcare has managed more than 57 million square feet of ambulatory and acute care projects with a value of more than $23 billion for hospitals and health systems nationwide.
Hammes affiliate, Hammes Realty Services, provides property management and leasing, and is available for the exclusive use of Hammes affiliates. Our tenants benefit from Hammes Realty Services’ partnership mentality and expertise gained working extensively with healthcare providers.
The unique combination of our robust national healthcare real estate platform and fully discretionary capital allows us to move quickly and nimbly with the resources needed to execute on a wide range of healthcare real estate investment opportunities.
